Permanent training at Radio alongside the National Orchestra of France, the Philharmonic Orchestra and the Radio France Choir, the Maîtrise de Radio France performs at the highest artistic level in the context of professional concerts which constitute the educational culmination of the education received. Demand and excellence are thus, along with the discovery of choral art and artistic development, the key words of the master’s course.

If other children’s choirs exist, which can also constitute high-level musical groups, the concerts of la Maîtrise de Radio France are broadcast on France Musique, which thus contributes to its mission of supporting and developing the children’s choral repertoire. Students work on constantly renewed programs. These lead them to sing in many languages ​​(German, Italian, English, Latin, Russian, Czech, Finnish, etc.).

Under the leadership of Sofi Jeannin, it covers a wide diversity of repertoires, from baroque to contemporary, including jazz and current aesthetics. (Oxmo Puccino, Ibrahim Maalouf, JB Dunckel, Birds on a Wire, Rone, Woodkid and Rufus Wainwright), constantly nourished by exceptional human and musical encounters.

The Master’s degree is requested to participate in exceptional events, such as the Concert, the handover of the Olympic flame in 2020, the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games, the Victoires de la Musique.
