Cruise on the Seine and Parisian palace
“Caviar is a journey”… It could be a novel by Umberto Eco but it’s even better: a gourmet dinner that begins on the Seine and ends… at L’Oiseau Blanc, the Peninsula’s two-star restaurant orchestrated by chef David Bizet. A first trip on the waters, between the Pont de l’Alma and the Pont de l’Arsenal, invites you to rediscover Paris from another angle and to taste delicate appetizers in front of the most beautiful historical monuments in Paris, heading towards the Kaviari Manufacture near from Bastille, with disembarkation at the Arsenal basin, five minutes on foot. There, we awaken our taste buds around a caviar tasting workshop – Champagne included – before returning to the palace, this time by private car. Meet under the glass roof of L’Oiseau Blanc for a menu of extreme finesse that celebrates caviar from starter to dessert.
€2100 per person with a 3-course menu, €2300 per person with a 6-course menu. Experience for 2 to 4 people. Allow 5-6 hours of experience, including lunch or dinner. By reservation from Monday to Saturday.
19, avenue Kléber, Paris.
