Cruise on the Seine and Parisian palace

“Caviar is a journey”… It could be a novel by Umberto Eco but it’s even better: a gourmet dinner that begins on the Seine and ends… at L’Oiseau Blanc, the Peninsula’s two-star restaurant orchestrated by chef David Bizet. A first trip on the waters, between the Pont de l’Alma and the Pont de l’Arsenal, invites you to rediscover from another angle and to taste delicate appetizers in front of the most beautiful historical monuments in Paris, heading towards the Kaviari Manufacture near from Bastille, with disembarkation at the Arsenal basin, five minutes on foot. There, we awaken our taste buds around a caviar tasting workshop – Champagne included – before returning to the palace, this time by private car. Meet under the glass roof of L’Oiseau Blanc for a menu of extreme finesse that celebrates caviar from starter to dessert.

€2100 per person with a 3-course menu, €2300 per person with a 6-course menu. Experience for 2 to 4 people. Allow 5-6 hours of experience, including lunch or dinner. By reservation from Monday to Saturday.

19, avenue Kléber, Paris.

New Year’s Eve at Château Louise de La Vallièrenear , a timeless dive, romantic as can be, revisited by Jacques Garcia (€1,650 for 2 people) with an 8-course dinner by a fantastic chef, Jeffrey Pestana, with baroque music in the background, followed by an evening dancing jazz, fireworks, night and brunch at the castle. In Monaco, the Louis XV offers a 3-star menu (€1,200, food & wine pairing €500) under the direction of Alain Ducasse. At Gordon Ramsay’s restaurant at Waldorf-Astoria Trianon Palacethe dinner will be festive (€580 with food and wine pairing): sea urchins, risotto, fondue, black truffle, flavors revisited in a contemporary way. in Marrakech, 5 minutes from Djema’a el-Fna square, the Royal Mansour is one of the most beautiful starred addresses in the world.
