Attacked with a knife a week before his death? According to our information, the 16-year-old teenager fatally stabbed this Tuesday morning in front of the Rodin high school, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, had already been the victim of a stabbing on December 10, in front of another school. The victim was then injured in the thigh during an altercation which took place in front of the René Cassin professional high school, in the 16th arrondissement.
As confirmed to Le Parisien by the Paris prosecutor’s office, an investigation was then entrusted to the 16th arrondissement police station for “intentional violence in meetings near a school establishment”.

That day, around 4:20 p.m., local residents alerted the police after witnessing a fight in front of the school during which a young person was allegedly injured with a stab. The police ended up finding the victim with another boy at the Garigliano bridge tram stop. The first was taken, without a life-threatening condition, to the Georges Pompidou hospital. The second was placed in police custody.
Still according to the Paris prosecutor’s office, the two boys had denied any presence near the establishment and their involvement in a fight… even if one of them was injured in the leg.
In the process, an investigation into “intentional violence in a meeting near a school establishment” was opened by the Paris prosecutor’s office, which entrusted the investigations to the 16th arrondissement police station. According to the first elements collected, the victim had an altercation with a student of René Cassin who stabbed him. The injured teenager was to be interviewed two days later by the police.
A week after this episode, a new injury proved fatal for this teenager from Ivry-sur-Seine (Val-de-Marne). In circumstances that remain to be clarified, the young man lost his life after being stabbed in the head during an altercation which occurred around 8 a.m.
Since then, an investigation into an assassination has been opened by the Paris prosecutor’s office. She was entrusted to the Paris territorial security police (ST 75). A person suspected of having participated in the brawl was arrested in the area. “It is too early to say whether the person arrested on site (also born in 2008) was directly involved in this death,” specifies the prosecution.
