“The fabulous story of Basarkus” from 3 years old
This show by the Lamento company, directed by the choreographer Sylvère Lamotte, is an acrobatic-philosophical adventurebut also a short fable about the courage to explore and the discovery of oneself, which goes hand in hand with the discovery of the other.
There we meet Bazarkus, a strange being with two heads, four arms and four legs. One day he discovers that he has two hearts. Therefore, he wonders if he is one or many?
Becoming aware of his dual nature, he will attempt separation and explore its limits. An experience as scary as it is exciting.
This show is carried by two young artists from the Fratellini Academy, Markus Vikse, juggler, and Basil Le Roux, acrobat, who play these games of interweaving and dissociation with mischief and candor.
