On the occasion of the AKAA 2024 fair, the Maison Haviland announced its return as part of the “Bon Appétit” project with two African artists in the spotlight. Reggie Khumalo and Leila Rose Fanner present their creations with both poetic and dreamlike biases on an exclusive series of limited edition porcelain dessert plates, the result of an unprecedented collaboration.
“Enjoy your food” is an artistic exercise imagined by Thomas Mondo, creator of the Bel Ami agency, which aims to bring together around Tableware, the best of Afro Arts!, an artistic curation project involving Afro artists (Africa, Diaspora, Afroamerican , Caribbean, and Latino) who will use Limoges porcelain as a canvas confronting their works with this disruptive and precious format.
