“Sickly” and “curled up”. When Jean-Philippe Vincentini discovered Christelle Doisy in the box of the court in the fall of 2024, he was surprised by her physique. “We are a little surprised by the discrepancy between the personality and the person you have in front of you,” summarizes the public prosecutor who takes on the role of general advocate during this trial. The fifty-year-old with red-blond hair appears for around forty counts of fraud committed over 30 years.

“Ms. Doisy appeared, having already been convicted eight times, and always on clever offenses, in quotation marks, that is to say… fraud, forgery, breach of trust, so always the same type business”, lists the magistrate in Voices of Crime. “How did she manage to deceive so many people so easily? Because, when you put all the people she deceived through her criminal record, all the people we saw through this file, that’s still a lot of people!”

Jean-Philippe Vicentini remains marked by “the ipso facto confidence that it inspires”a phenomenon which cannot be explained. “I found that the expert opinions were not very revealing in this regard, comments Jean-Philippe Vicentini. His mother and father had completely different explanations. They explain that basically, until middle school, it was going to pretty much. Then from middle school, things started to get out of control. For example, she said that things were stolen from her that were found in her room.” And as she grew up, Christelle Doisy made lying a way of life.

We have the impression that she is also capable of transforming herself physically depending on the moment.

So much so that his physique itself changes. “When you see the photos that were published in certain magazines at times when she was happy, I imagine – where she was getting married in particular – it’s not at all the same face as the one I saw at the hearing. A while ago, she claimed that she had pain in her legs, that she had to be transported in a wheelchair. And there’s a photo in a magazine that looks a lot more like the image she reflected at the hearing. So we have the impression that she is also capable of transforming herself physically depending on the moment.”

Christelle Doisy’s motive remains unclear. Jean-Philippe Vicentini doubts that it is money. “I would point out that some newspapers are creating a sort of mystery by saying that we still have not found his war chest,” he explains. “I am not convinced that there is a war chest. ” Christelle Doisy married several times, had two children with Frédéric Descours who appears alongside her at the hearing in the fall of 2024. He accuses her of manipulation and pleads innocence.

She claims she doesn’t remember anything

However, a key witness contradicts Frédéric Descours’ version. She is a young au pair who has become the couple’s “handywoman”. “She no longer had a telephone, she no longer had access to a computer, describes Jean-Philippe Vicentini. And above all, she describes, which is contested by the person concerned, extremely common, extremely strong verbal violence. Frédéric Descours during these eight months.”

This element led the couple to also be sentenced for “human trafficking” : she gets seven years in prison, he gets five. Frédéric Descours appealed the court’s decision. Christelle Doisy, during the two days of hearing, swore that she did not remember anything, providing no explanation for the offenses committed.

“Everyone had questions to ask her at the hearing. Unfortunately, she didn’t want to. She claims that she doesn’t remember anything,” sighs Jean-Philippe Vicentini. The couple’s two children were placed in care. An investigation is underway concerning the accusations of child abduction against Christelle Doisy.
