As public figures, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are the center of attention. Since their departure from the royal family, their every move has been analyzed and the two main people involved are sometimes a little fed up.
They are in particular the subject of rumors concerning their marriage and, for many Internet users, there are many signs which would highlight the fact that they are divorcing. If Prince Harry said that this was not the case, Kate Mansey found his response quite bizarre. In the columns of The Mirror this Tuesday, December 10, she said: “I find it interesting that he is publicly addressing these rumors, even if it is very strange of him.”
But why did Prince Harry want to respond publicly to these kinds of rumors? For the expert, this highlights the fact that the Duke of Sussex would be “very embarrassed by everything that is said about him and that has always been the case”. However, when he was a member of the royal family, the Duke of Sussex had a habit of not commenting on anything. This is one of the Windsor rules which consists of protecting one's privacy. Today, Meghan Markle's husband no longer seems to want to let the slightest comment about her slip by.
If he doesn't like it, he makes it known openly and takes the opportunity to reestablish the truth.
Prince Harry: very noticed remarks

If they form a very fulfilled couple, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also have projects on their own. On December 4, the Duke of Sussex was present at the Times Dealbook Summit 2024 in New York. Andrew Ross Sorkin asked him many questions and in particular one which stood out. “There are people fascinated by everything you do, all the time. They are fascinated by the fact that Meghan is in California right now, while you are here,” he declared, subsequently asking Prince Harry the reason for his wife's absence at this event.
If some thought that the couple was at their worst, that is not the case at all. The Duke of Sussex simply said he was tired of all the rumors about him. “Apparently we've bought or moved 10, 12 times. We apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times too”, he said. Daily speculation which he would have done without but Prince Harry is aware that he has no other choice but to deal with it.
“It's hard to follow, but that's why you kind of have to ignore it,” he declared before having a thought to “the trolls. Their hopes are just built up and then it doesn't happen. I feel sorry for them. Really, I am”, he concluded.
Prince Harry: 'I was the only one invited'
Prince Harry did not intend to fuel rumors about his relationship and he opted for humor. He notably reminded Andrew Ross Sorkin that the invitation only concerned him, implying that his wife had not received one. The Duke of Sussex also recalled that he knew how to separate his private life from his professional life, talking about his personal projects. Although they form a very fulfilled couple in the private sphere, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sometimes prefer to “separate” for their projects. They feel they don't need to do everything together and have nothing to prove to anyone.
