48

This new event will take place on December 13 and 14, 2024 at the Anfa Cultural Complex.

Impro’Fest brings together improvisation teams from , Belgium and Morocco, highlighting a unique blend of styles and cultures. The performances will offer the public a diverse panorama of the art of theatrical improvisation, in a professional and interactive setting.

Two evenings, two formats

Friday, December 13: A three-team improvisation match, where France, Belgium and Morocco will compete in improvisations based on themes imposed by a referee. This interactive format places the audience at the heart of the show, with votes to choose the winners.

Saturday December 14: A concept evening presenting two original formats:

  • Time’s Up Impro: Jousters must complete a defined number of improvisations in a limited time, juggling speed and quality.
  • Speak or Die: Improvisers integrate sentences given by the audience into their scenes, or face imposed challenges.

A commitment to promoting theatrical improvisation

Impro’Fest is a self-funded event, designed to support the local artistic scene and introduce the general public to the multiple facets of theatrical improvisation. The objective of Caz’impro is to create a meeting space between local and international talents, while promoting this spontaneous art to Moroccan spectators.
