A casting in Les Baux de Provence

The production is in fact looking for male extras, aged 18 to 70, for 1 to 4 days of filming during the week, in February 2025, in Martigues and/or Les Baux-de-Provence, in order to play convicts who work in a quarry at the beginning of the 19th century, in France.
The “union cinema rate” applied
The appearance of the extras must correspond to the conditions of the convicts of the time, specifies the production and “in order to preserve historical authenticity, the candidates must agree to have their hair cut very short”.
The “union cinema rate” is applied for the extras selected, i.e. 107 euros gross per day of filming and 25 euros gross for fittings. Please note that no expenses for accommodation or transport are provided.
Candidates for this casting can go directly to the site or write to the production at the following address: [email protected].
