Recently, a Chinese restaurant opened 9 rue des Frèreshas Strasbourg.

Named Together & Mianhe offers a “authentic and high-end” cuisinecomposed of “ forgotten traditional dishesfrom Chinese gastronomy and national and presidential banquet
», in the words of its manager, Bo Pang.

“100% homemade”

The establishment defends the “ 100% homemade “. Here, everything is “authentic and natural, without coloring, artificial flavoring, starch or glutamate”.

Each ingredient is finely selected, the meats are fresh and of French origin, the vegetables and fruits from the Moschler farm in Alsace are received daily and cut by hand in order to preserve flavor and freshness, with the aim of offering a exceptional taste experience.

“All the flavors are prepared using traditional and vegan broths as well as fragrant oils, all processed in-house, in our purple copper pots,” continues Bo Pang. “All our types of soy sauce and vinegar riz de Zhenjiang are free of additives and still processed in-house,” he adds.

Between €20 and €32 for dishes

Side pricesthe prices of placeare includedbetween €20 and €32. For example, the caramelized beef shank is priced at €22, while the “lion’s head from the national banquet of China” (pork belly ball cut into small pieces and kneaded by hand, caramelized sauce, rice and vegetables) is displayed at €28.
