The card is starting to take shape for the ”NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty” PPV live in Japan on January 5, 2025 and the Young Bucks want to be added.
Today, NJPW released a video on their social media in which The Young Bucks are at home and say they are currently working from home to stay away from the chaos of AEW following the loss of the AEW Tag Team Titles. Thus, Matthew and Nicholas Jackson launch a challenge for the IWGP Tag Team titles for Wrestle Dynasty 2025.
The IWGP Tag Team Titles are currently defended by United Empire consisting of Great-O-Khan and Henare. The duo will have to defend the titles just before January 4, 2025 at Wrestle Kingdom 19 against the winners of the World Tag League.
Now we have to wait for Wrestle Kingdom 19 to find out which team the Young Bucks will face. With a victory at NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty 2025, The Young Bucks could become IWGP Tag Team Champions for a second time in their career.
