This exclusive event invites guests on a sensory journey through Moroccan flavors, beautifully orchestrated by Chef Salim Ait Ezzine and influencer Yasmina Olfi.
At the heart of this Afternoon Tea is a menu of excellent quality, the result of the delicate collaboration between Yasmina Olfi and the dexterity of Chef Salim Ait Ezzine. Inspired by Moroccan culinary heritage, the sweet creations hook with delights such as the Tangier Lemon Tart, an exciting homage to Yasmina Olfi’s childhood. From the Amlou Tartlet with apricot accents to the revisited Opera with mint and black tea, each mouthful tells a story of tradition and refinement.
Savoury dishes are not left out with buckwheat tartlets and basil cream, canapés with fresh cheese and smoked sardines, as well as a duo of subtly presented salmon. Each savoury creation is an ode to freshness and elegance, perfectly balanced to complete the taste experience.
