Lucas is a comedian and has more than 1.3 million subscribers on TikTok. This Burgundian continues to innovate with an original idea: offering a virtual show. Already in the process of finalizing his fourth opus “Voyage, voyage”, a production mixing humour et innovationits broadcast is scheduled for January 11.

This concept emerged during the Covid crisis and established itself as a creative solution to health constraints. It quickly became an experience loved and awaited by its audience.

The virtual show, a format designed for home entertainment

Between cinema and stage, this hybrid format offers a unique immersion. For 1h25, spectators will be able to discover a series of sketches around 22 charactersin a rich universe, with scenes shot in real settings.

This staging, difficult to achieve on a traditional stage, allows Lucas to give free rein to his overflowing imagination. ” It is immense freedom that I have thanks to the virtual show,” confides Lucas. “I can develop my characters without the constraints required by a live show. With this format, I can afford to make something that looks like a film, with real sets, without having to worry about logistics complicated scene. »

26 euros

The virtual format also offers economic flexibility and convenient for spectators. A ticket, available from 26 euros, gives access to the live broadcast on January 11, 2025, but also to unlimited rebroadcast for 30 days, without leaving your sofa. “With 26 euros, one person or a whole group can watch the show. When we decide to go out with family or friends, we must also take into account the cost of the journeysometimes babysitting, we can also imagine a restaurant… and the bill can quickly rise ! What I am proposing is also a response to the current economic situation where everything costs more,” he adds.

A success that continues

This concept, originally imagined as a temporary alternative, has today become an unmissable event. “Basically, the virtual show was a crutch during Covid. I wanted to make people laugh, to entertain even though I didn’t have the budget to do so. And it worked well, sales soared. People ask for more every year… and it’s really cool to feel supported! »

The format also adapts to the new habits of the public: “ Since Covid, everything has changed. Some people go out less and less and prefer to stay at home. With the virtual show, I am adapting to this new way of living! »

A new era for humor

Lucas does not see the virtual show as an opposition to the stage, but as something complementary: “Even if I do the stage, I will continue to produce virtual shows. The two feed each other. » He also insists on the importance of meeting the public’s expectations: “If it works, it’s because there is a real request. I’m not killing the show on stage, on the contrary, I’m simply offering another way to entertain. »

A humorous and human adventure

The synopsis of “Voyage, Voyage” transports viewers into the peaceful life of Mumu and Rogertwo retirees whose tranquility is disrupted by an impromptu trip to the other side of the world. What was supposed to be a simple vacation turns into a journey full of twists and turns.

Lucas explains that the idea for this show came from his observation of everyday life. “Life inspires me a lot, the people I meet Also. Sometimes I go into stores just to observe, to feel things. This is where they come from my characters. » Among his sources of inspiration, he cites comedians like The Bodins or Muriel Robin: “I love Muriel Robin. She manages to embody a different character in each sketch and that’s something that amuses me enormously. I too need to embody. With my characters, I can afford a lot of things and go further…something I couldn’t do if I were ‘only me’on stage or on screen. »
