A Toulouse establishment in the ranking of the best restaurants in the world

It is the only double-starred restaurant in Toulouse and it stands out once again. The Py-Rthe restaurant of chef Pierre Lambinon, is once again part of the top 1000 best restaurants in the world this year.

Compilation of reviews from guides and customers

This ranking, established by the website La Liste, is based on the compilation of press articles, opinions from more than 1000 gastronomic or tourist guides and online customer opinions (they account for 25% of the final average score ).

Restaurants are then ranked according to their final score, out of 100.

A rating down very slightly

For this 2024 edition, the Py-R obtains a score of 79.50. A slightly lower rating compared to the 2023 ranking: Pierre Lambinon and his teams lose one point.

The establishment located on the descent from the fish market, a stone's throw from the Garonne, ranks 104^e place of the best French restaurants.

A Swiss establishment in the lead

At the top of this ranking of the 1000 best restaurants in the world, we find Cheval Blanc (Switzerland); Guy Savoy (France and L’enclume (United Kingdom).
