In total, it lists more than 40,000 restaurants, patisseries and hotels across the globe. On the international scene, the United States has, like France, around a hundred establishments in the Top 1000. Le Bernardin in New York and Single Thread in Northern California share the top spot. In the United Kingdom, L'Enclume by Simon Rogan reached the top of the rankings for the second time. Germany sees Schwarzwaldstube maintain its excellence, and in Asia, Lung King Heen at Fours Seasons Hong Kong and Matsukawa in Tokyo dominate. In Switzerland, Peter Knogl at the Cheval Blanc restaurant at the Hôtel Les Trois Rois also takes first place.

Japan remains the most represented country in the ranking with 126 restaurants in the Top 1000, followed by the United States with 114 restaurants, France with 111 addresses and China with 109.

Guy Savoy and his eponymous restaurant retains its place at the top of the Top 1000 ranking of LA LISTE for the eighth time, first place on the podium which it shares with eight other establishments.
