The rap video was posted on YouTube this Monday, July 1st.

While the National Rally (RN) emerged victorious from the first round of the 2024 legislative elections, this Sunday, June 30, ahead of the New Popular Front (NFP) and the presidential camp, a collective of rappers decided to mobilize by releasing a clip that directly attacks the far-right party.

Among them, we find notably Fianso, ISK, Zola, Pit Baccardi, Cokein, Ashe 22, UZI, RK, Alkpote, Akhenaton, Korea, Nahir or Seth Gueko.

Published on YouTube on Monday, July 1, six days before the second round of the legislative elections, the video, called “No Pasarán”, has already been viewed nearly 142,300 times at the time of writing.

A clip that has already caused a lot of reaction on social networks because of certain lyrics: “Jordan you’re dead”, “F*ck Bardella’s mother”, “Go f*ck your mothers Marine and Bardella”.

The rappers also make references to immigration, a key issue for the far-right party, but also to police violence and drugs. They forget that Deschamps won the World Cup with the sons of immigrants. Values that are lost are a mess. I have to give my opinion. Whoever wants to send back the dar-blé. Tell him to start with Tanguy David”, sings Nahir.

The latter are calling for a blockade of the National Rally for the legislative elections while admitting, like Uzi, that they do not understand everything about elections. “We’re here so that kids stop thinking that Jordan Bardella is a cool guy. And we’re here to tell them that in rap, we don’t like him, now they have the information. But we expect a counterattack from the fascists who are very good at PR. Yesterday, when Kerchak posted that he was going to do this song, he lost thousands of followers on his social networks,” the rappers emphasize to Le Parisien.

“All revenue generated by this piece will be donated to the Abbé Pierre Foundation,” they said.
