Every year, Disneyland Paris celebrates Pride Month with its Cast Members, guests and communities through entertaining activations and enriching exchanges.
The destination’s exclusive Cast Member event returned earlier this month, with a packed program of LGBTQIA+-themed talks, workshops and more to foster education, discussion and reflection. Throughout the day, Cast Members heard from speakers who shared their expertise and personal experiences with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies.
Additionally, Cast Members were treated to an exclusive LGBTQIA+ photo exhibit hosted by Disney PRIDE BERG (Business Employee Resource Groups), as well as booths hosted by several local nonprofits. Watch the video below for a sneak peek at the day!
On June 29, guests were invited to join the celebration alongside Cast Members with Pride festivities in a vibrant and friendly atmosphere. The day kicked off with a Disney Rainbow Pre-Parade, where some 200 Cast Members were joined by Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and friends as they paraded down Main Street, U.S.A.
Additionally, visitors had the opportunity to meet some of their favorite characters at Videopolis for colorful photos, while visitors and Cast Members were able to purchase exclusive Pride-themed merchandise as a souvenir of this unforgettable day.
Pride Month is just one example of how Disneyland Paris celebrates and champions diversity and inclusion throughout the year.
