Indochina, the group of all records

Nicolas Sirkis is the only founding member of the group still in place. He now shares the stage with oLi dE SaT, Boris Jardel, Marc Eliard and Ludwig Dahlberg. In more than 40 years of career, Indochine has become a legendary group of the French pop rock scene. In total, the group has released 13 (and soon) 14 studio albums, as many live albums, and seven compilations. Enough, as Sony Music specifies in a press release, to sell more than 13 million albums.

Indochine has not yet confirmed whether Babel Babel would give rise to new concert dates. However, each album release is an opportunity for the group to tour throughout France and even beyond. Since the group’s creation in 1981, Indochine has completed 24 official and festival tours.

Dates that always sell out due to the scenography but also the price. Because Indochine is one of the rare groups to refuse to raise prices. Nicolas Sirkis had confided to HuffPost in 2023 on the occasion of the Grand Tour stadium tour ” You can do anything in a concert: scream, shout, dance. Depriving people of that because they don’t have enough money, I find it inconsistent. ».
