New School: SDM explains its choice!
The success of the French version of Rythm+Flow, Nouvelle École met with a great audience from its first season on Netflix in 2022, consecrating Fresh La Peufra as the big winner. For its second season, the show renewed its jury composed of Shay, Niska and SCH. The first two nominees have chosen not to re-enlist for this third season, but the Marseille rapper remains faithful to the program. He is now accompanied by two new major jurors: Aya Nakamura and SDM.
In a recent promotional interview, rising rapper and pillar of 92i, SDM explained his motivations and his commitment to this new adventure. “I have limited experience, but I could easily be in their shoes. I will be tolerant in certain aspects, but also demanding.”he spoke about the reproaches of his limited juror experience after having praised his sidekick, Aya Nakamura with the declaration: “You really deserve this. You have the ear and the experience to detect success. You are Madame Hit, even internationally.”
Aya Nakamura and SDM should bring a fresh perspective as well as valuable expertise to the Nouvelle École jury. Their presence alongside SCH promises a season rich in emotions and musical discoveries.
