With a week's delay after the fire of chalets and containers, the Barcarès Christmas Village will open its doors this Saturday at 11 a.m.
In two days, this November 23, the Barcarès Christmas Village will welcome its first visitors. A village which, this year, sees itself even bigger on more than 5 hectares of magic and 1,500 m2 ice sliding, a 55 meter Ferris wheel, “the largest Christmas tree in Occitania” and some 150 traders present over 51 days of opening.
More than a “simple” Christmas market, as we have seen for decades in towns in eastern France, the end-of-year event at Barcarès adds to the traditional wooden chalets, entertainment, shows and attractions: ice museum, tobogganing, ice rink, ice show, quad track, virtual sleds, parades, enchanted maze, exhibitions…
Open from November 23 to January 5, 2025, every day, from 11 a.m. to 1 a.m. in the Lydia Gardens, discover below the prices of the paid activities offered this year to visitors:
