“We have a sincere connection”
In the continuation of his message, Stephanie The Quellec also added: “Our two worlds, although different, feed off each other, giving rise to a unique culinary understanding. I wanted to maintain and enrich this authentic human encounter. The real luxury of being a business owner is being able to work with people with whom you have a sincere connection and being able to integrate them into your professional life.”

Reflective “to this job creation for many months and after meeting Jorick”, Stéphanie Le Quellec therefore proposed to him “to support (him) within (his) houses”. Choice that gave him “seemed obvious”.
An adventure that enchants the winner of “Top Chef”

Asked about the continuation of his professional career the day after the broadcast of his victory in “Top Chef”, Jorick Dorignac declared to puremedias.com : “Today, I am still at the NE/SW restaurant with Guillaume, until the end of the year and then after that, new projects will open up to me, which are not yet official. We will conclude these six, seven years spent together. But I will stay in Guillaume’s ecosystem from near or far.“

As a reminder, Jorick Dorignac had previously distinguished himself as executive chef, for six and a half years, alongside Guillaume Sanchez, himself a former candidate for “Top Chef” in 2018. He will leave his position to join the ranks by Stéphanie Le Quellec, first woman to win the M6 competition in 2011, in October. He will be in charge of research and development of the three establishments of the starred chef: “La Scène”, her two-starred address, her catering boutique “MAM” and “Vive”, a renowned restaurant dedicated to seafood.
