Fans of the British royal family can rejoice: Kate Middleton will be there on December 6 to present the Westminster Abbey Christmas concert.

A particularly symbolic return for the Princess of Wales who completed her treatment for cancer last September, as highlighted by Kensington Palace in a press release relayed by Tatler.

A family affair

As in previous years, Kate Middleton should be surrounded by her family for the event. Prince William and their oldest children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are regulars at this annual meeting, while their youngest, Prince Louis, made his debut there last year. The concert, which will be broadcast on ITV1 in the UK on Christmas Eve, will have the theme “love and empathy”, an echo of the princess’s recent struggle.
