It is undoubtedly the cultural event of the end of the year. From Friday December 6 and until the end of January 2025, an immersive exhibition dedicated to the work of Vincent Van Gogh will take up residence at Euratechnologies (Lille). A place which was undoubtedly not chosen by chance, since it offers its visitors putting technological innovations at the service of art.
A 1,050 m² course
Van Gogh: the immersive experience was first presented to the public in 2019. It has since toured the world and benefited from a number of updates before settling in the North of France. During this exhibition which extends over 1,050 m²visitors will be invited to (re)discover the highlights of the Dutch painter’s personal life, his major works and his inspirations. So far, you will tell us, this is what we can find in any museum wishing to honor this master of impressionism. But that’s not all: the exhibition promises 360° projections thanks to video-mapping and total immersion in several paintings thanks to virtual reality. Here is a video overview:
The ticket office is already open and it is strongly recommended not to hang around to take your place! Price-wise, tickets are sold from €10.90 for adults and from €6.90 for children.
