After the successes of “Zahri” and “Sokkar”, the singer of Moroccan origin San Matteo Taws, alias Tawsen, unveils his new single “Dawini” featuring the artist Ayoub Anbaoui. This piece, which is part of the fusion of new raï and way way, is a successful bet which promises to make an impression this summer. Tawsen, known for his ability to innovate and break musical boundaries, this time joins forces with Ayoub Anbaoui, the singer of the hit “Abala Ya Bali”. The meeting of these two talents gives birth to a musical fusion in a genre which is conquering more and more people, both in the Maghreb and internationally: new raï. Indeed, “Dawini”, composed by beatmaker NYZK, explores the universal theme of the pain of a romantic breakup and the difficulty of turning the page despite the advice of those around you. Through this song, Tawsen and Ayoub express these heartbreaking feelings, the message of which is interpreted by actor Aymen Ifanguer in a short film directed by Bnitri.
