Cyril Féraud’s entertainment was broadcast by La Cinq from the Théâtre Antique d’Orange from 9:05 p.m. Under the complicity of Judith Chaine, the host, who will leave Slam on France 3, welcomed the greatest artists and musicians from the French and international classical scene.
The show, placed under the sign of the Olympic Games, did not take place as planned. The rain came in as a spoilsport. The 2024 edition of Party music disturbed by rain
The concert was interrupted and the live broadcast suspended. In an emergency, a selection of the best moments of Party music was launched. A banner, indicating “a few drops of rain in Orange, resumption of our program in a few moments”appeared on the air.
But the weather conditions did not allow a resumption of the 2024 edition of entertainment. At 11:04 p.m., Cyril Féraud and Judith Chaine reappeared to share sad news with viewers. “So here we are back live from Orange. We promised you we’d come back, the problem is that it’s pouring rain…“, declared the host before his colleague conceded: “It’s even worse than before…“.
“And since things aren’t getting better, unfortunately we will have to leave… But thank very warmly all these artists who came to rehearse, the public, all of you behind the screen too“, continued the host. “Some have traveled hundreds of miles to be with you tonight, to share their love of music. So thank you to you, to all the teams, to the artists and musicians of the Montpellier-Occitanie National Orchestra. Thanks to all the production teams!“, added Cyril Féraud.
The host, who will succeed Jarry in Everyone wants to take its place on France 2, did not hide his disappointment from viewers. “We are obviously very disappointed because we wanted this evening to continue.
