It's been a trying year for Kate Middleton. Indeed, the Princess of Wales was diagnosed with cancer and underwent several months of preventative chemotherapy. A treatment which finally ended in September. Now, Prince William's wife plans to
gradually resume his functions.
On Wednesday, November 13, she announced big news. She is well enough to hold her annual Christmas carol concert, as reported
The Sun. This is the fourth year in a row that she has taken care of this event which is now a tradition for the royal family.

The event will highlight solidarity, love and empathy
Every year, Kate Middleton wants a theme to be at the center of her Christmas carol concert. For this new edition, these are
solidarity, love and empathy which will be highlighted. “This theme is inspired by the Christmas story, which encourages us to consider the experiences of others and the important need to give and receive empathy” confided a spokesperson for Kensington Palace.
The mother of George, Charlotte and Louis wishes “highlighting people from across the UK who have shown love, kindness and empathy to others in their community”. She also wishes to remind “how much we need each other, especially in the most difficult times of our lives”. A subject that directly echo of his cancer.
Kate Middleton's family expected to reunite at concert
After two months of organization, the new edition of Together at Christmas will be held December 6 at Westminster Abbeyin London. It will be notably marked by Christmas carols from the abbey choir and performances by singers Olivia Dean, Paloma Faith and Gregory Porter. The event will then be broadcast on UK television and streaming on December 24.
In total, 1600 people were invited. Among them, there will of course be Kate Middleton and
Prince William. The couple should be accompanied by their three children, George, Charlotte and Louis, who have not missed an edition. Finally, it is likely that the entire royal family attends it, as does the Middleton family. A large gathering which delighted the Princess of Wales.
