Cassandra has had a turbulent adventure. The Lyon participant from Koh Lanta: the cursed tribe notably experienced an elimination before being able to return to the famous TF1 game show. Finally, she definitively left the show hosted by Denis Brogniart this Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
In the minutes following the broadcast of the episode, Cassandre revealed her truths and her impressions of her adventure in a long publication on Instagram.
36 days of enduring “hunger, fatigue, suffering and stress”
“Koh Lanta, it’s over,” she wrote with emotion after 36 days of adventure, “36 days of enduring hunger, fatigue, missing loved ones, black balls, physical and psychological suffering, stress advice, disappointments…”
A difficult adventure during which she does not hide having truly suffered. Eight black balls, two eliminations including one definitive, a comeback following a duel, three times second in the immunity tests… the road has been winding for our local adventurer.
However, Cassandra “does not forget the most beautiful : the team victories, the comforts, the spear fishing games, the discussions by the fireside, the sound of the waves when you wake up, the laughter, the meetings, the solidarity between adventurers. »
Proud of her adventure, Cassandre leaves peacefully and “without regrets”
The Lyonnaise believes she has experienced a “singular, unique” adventure, which “is unlike any other”: “I love her all the more for that! »
Cassandre says she leaves without any remorse: “I came to “be the heroine of my own story” and I think the bet paid off. I have always acted from the heart, I made the most of every moment, and that is what allows me to leave so peaceful today, without regrets. »
She does not fail to recall her journey since arriving at the camp, “with survival knowledge that bordered on nothing”. She proclaims it loud and clear: “I have become a real adventurer over the days. I would have liked to climb the legendary polesof course, but I am already very proud of how far I have come! I remember my 2h08 on the sloth, the victory on the women’s obstacle course, more than an hour on the star. And simply keeping a smile and managing to be optimistic, day after day, is my greatest victory. »
A good player, Cassandre concludes without bitterness: “And may the best person win!” »
