A few days after the boys in Ligue 1, the girls from the two teams faced each other this weekend in the championship. And as much as the men's match was close and contested, the women's match was a one-way street and a brilliant demonstration of the gap that exists between Olympique Lyonnais, the most successful club in European football, and AS Saint-Etienne.

The Fenottes won 11-0, which earned the person in charge of the team's X account this particularly tasty post, showing a cat in GIF, frantically tapping on a computer keyboard, at a cadence which one can easily guess infernal. And the message to accompany it: “As is often the case with ASSE”, assuming a community manager brimming with activity. It’s (very) teasing, and we like it!
