The fifth edition of the tattoo convention of the La Belle bleue association takes place in Coutances (Manche), Saturday November 9 and Sunday November 10, 2024. Visitors come from all over the West to get a beautiful gift.
Some have made an appointment with the artist whose work they already admire, others fall in love and choose their tattoo artist on the spot. Since its return in 2023 after several years of hiatus, the La Belle bleue tattoo convention, in Coutances (Manche), attracts more than 1,000 people for a weekend.

Saturday 9 and Sunday 10 November 2024, Matthieu Paysant (or Dr Kipic) and his fellow organizers brought together twenty professionals from Normandy and Brittany, of all styles, for tattoo sessions in the public eye.
