Thibault is annoyed. And for good reason: when returning home last Monday, around 6:30 p.m., this resident of the Schluthfeld district realized that the door to his building had once again been posted “in the wild” by the Strasbourg town hall.

“It’s not professional”

Each time, “these are posters from the town hall who invite us to participate in reconstruction and development projects in the neighborhood. This is in the Heppner logistics space,” says the Strasbourg resident.

Not only does it bother him to have to take them off “with stripper, scrape everything and having to throw them away. »

But in addition he finds that “a town hall which communicates like that is not not professional. This is disappointing on the part of Strasbourg town hall. We did the same thing when we were student to announce open bar evenings. In addition, we received a letter where the same thing was written as on the poster. »

Let people be informed by mail

He expressed his disappointment to the municipality in a letter sent last week.

In it, he asks “that we inform people by mail, that we stop putting signs on us. I think it would go badly if I did the same on the town hall doors. »

Questioned on this subject, the town hall replied that “displays at the foot of buildings and in businesses exist for many years. It is a communication tool intended for habitants and passers-by (who do not receive not necessarily the letters). »
