Every Sunday, find our “At the table” series. It highlights these good, unmissable, unusual, original addresses to (re)discover in Morbihan. Today, our favorite is the Granit restaurant in Plouharnel (Morbihan) where its chef likes to work with seafood.
Granite? A new address which in two years has won the hearts of gourmets in Plouharnel (Morbihan). At the helm of this gourmet restaurant is Charles Moreau, a young chef aged 31. “Gastronomic on the plate, but in a relaxed setting”, the establishment, nestled at the bottom of the Po cove, works with happiness and inventiveness with local Breton products. In spring 2024, his creativity was rewarded with a Bib gourmand.
Charles Moreau particularly likes to work with seafood. This week for our “At the table” series, he presents us with a slightly mischievous, “quite regressive” idea: a “buckwheat pancake, shellfish and mustard”. In other words, a revisited sausage pancake where the sausage has been replaced… by shellfish, razor clams, cockles, mussels and clams. “Ouest-France” takes you into the kitchen, alongside the chef.
