Pour Marine Onechair of the committee Miss Beauty Normandyopen to all women aged 18 to 45 of all body types, the meeting on Saturday November 2 at the Halle en Scène, in Buchy, near (Seine-Maritime), had been on his agenda for a long time. It was in fact the first time that the competition took place live.

“This competition was started by Anthony De Azevedo. I created this committee to fight against all forms of discrimination done to women and to combat domestic and child violence. And this is the first time that the competition has taken place live,” underlines the president.

A successful first

A first and a success, with a show called the Film Festival, which took place in a crazy atmosphere, thanks to the 300 spectators divided into clans of supporters, each more excited than the other.

Presenter Manon Porretti asked for “a lot of kindness and tolerance” for the eight candidates (Solène Machy, Élodie Loisel, Clara Frélicot, Vénithia Godoy, Justine Hanchin, Coralie Legoir, Laura Lejeune and Elsa Resse), who prepared for nine months around numerous criteria such as behavior, personal investment, general culture and “having the baggage to withstand the marathon week of the national final”, insisted the founder.

“They are all winners”

After a cinematic show composed of paintings staged by the choreographer Sarah Petit (named Red, Business outfits, Swimsuits, Evening and creative outfits, Wedding dresses), Ludivine Maton, Miss Beauté Normandie 2023, first Dauphine Miss Beauté 2023 and Eloquence Prize 2023 presented her title, in the regional costume presented during the national final, before announcing that she will soon take the head of the Normandy regional committee.
