In place of Père & Fils, Burger by Alléno and until the end of summer, Moët in Paris by Allénos promises to be the chic, green and spacious terrace for sunny days, carefully hidden in Beaupassage.

During the three summer months, Père & Fils, the burger restaurant of the chef Yannick Alléno, changes face and name, revealing a new scenography and a new concept. Moët in Paris by Allénos is this ephemeral place with a spacious terrace, sometimes sunny, sometimes shaded, in the heart of Beaupassage.

Nestled on this pedestrian crossing in the 7th arrondissement, the address invites you to marry food and wine experiencein collaboration with the champagne house Moët & Chandon. To wear this wedding ring of choice, everything has been redesigned with great taste, from the colorful decoration and pop signed by designer Charles de Vilmorin tableware in shimmering colors.

From now until the last day of the Champagne harvest, in other words at the beginning of autumn, Moët in Paris by Allénos comes alive to the rhythm of an exciting program: piano-voice Thursday, DJ sets nights on Fridays and Saturdays, and gourmet brunches Sundays.

Behind the map, you will have understood, the starred chef Yannick Alléno sign of simple but comforting dishes, classic but well executed, those that we like to savor in full sun: duck foie gras terrine (€24), smoked salmon and herb sauce (18€), burrata and olive powder (16€), vegetable ravioli with soy sauce (12€), Pekingese beef (29€) or cold chicken and lovage mayonnaise (€27) like the chicken the next day.

Note that the menu, rather short, is divided into main areas: vegetarian dishes, steamed, à la plancha, and even sandwiches including a burger in a nod to the usual identity of the place. They can be discovered à la carte or through a starter/main course/dessert menu at €59 – and €106 with food and champagne pairings.

Of course, it is entirely possible (and even recommended!) to sip the house creations Moët & Chandonsome of which are even used to develop recipes, like the peaches drizzled with Moët Imperial (14€).
