Bruno Pelat, 22, was sentenced to a twelve-month prison sentence, six of which were suspended, for domestic violence, according to information communicated by the prosecutor’s office to CNEWS. A sanction in accordance with the requisitions of the public prosecutor.

This conviction is accompanied by the revocation of three months of suspended sentence linked to a previous case. Thus, Bruno Pelat will have to serve nine months in the form of home detention with electronic monitoring.

The court also imposed a two-year probationary suspension on his sentence. During this period, Iris Mittenaere’s former companion will have to submit to an obligation of care, compensate the civil party and respect a strict ban on any contact with the victim.

Note that Bruno Pelat was placed under judicial supervision on September 27, pending his trial. He was also strictly prohibited from approaching or communicating with the victim. As a reminder, Iris Mittenaere and Diego El Glaoui separated in May 2024 after four years of relationship. In the summer of 2024, the former Miss began a new relationship with Bruno Pelat.
