Olivia Rodrigo reveals the question she asks on a first date: ‘If he says yes, I’m not going out with him’

Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has asked a judge to block potential witnesses from speaking out about allegations against him.

The 54-year-old rapper was arrested in September on sex trafficking charges and is also facing a number of civil lawsuits and his legal team filed a motion on Sunday asking the court to expedite the process of responding to the request. restriction of statements made outside of court, citing a particular potential witness.

According to TMZ, a man named Courtney Burgess has given several interviews in recent days, and the main person insisted that his statements were false and defamatory.

His lawyer Ariel Mitchell told TMZ that Courtney was called to testify because he possessed, or had seen, salacious videos of the music mogul and his famous friends, but Diddy’s lawyers specifically cited information in articles from another media outlet that falsely claimed the rapper’s parties involved “men” and “parties.”

According to legal documents, the government has been investigating the rapper for nearly a year and knows that the so-called “Freak Offs” did not involve men, minors or parties. By not treating these allegations as “extortion,” online conspiracies are further fueled and lawyers argue that it is increasingly impossible for their client to receive a fair trial as a result.

P. Diddy has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing since he was arrested following a federal indictment in September.

He is being held without bail after pleading not guilty.
