For his 30e anniversary, in terms of series, the Geneva International Film Festival (GIFF) first pays homage to its native region. Last weekend, he offered the preview of the vast RTS project with Netflix, Winter Palacewhich will hit screens at the end of December. This week, the festival offers two other Swiss premieres: On the high seasa thriller set in the Swiss merchant navy due to Denis Rabaglia (Friday evening), and the debut of the fourth season of Tschuggeralso Friday, with part of the team on site. A small event: it is rare for a Swiss series to last this long, especially in the comic register.

Moreover, the selection includes a number of gems – and it should be remembered that if samples, often two episodes, are shown in theaters, fans can continue viewing online. The GIFF will thus unveil the series derived from Dune closing, Saturday.
