Very discreet about her private life, Denitsa Ikonomova made her relationship official this summer with François Alu, her companion and former colleague on the show. A few weeks later, the couple announced the dancer’s long-awaited pregnancy, with the birth planned for November. During his passage to Buzz she shared her joy and amazement at the ease of her pregnancy, comparing her journey to the lightness of a rumba. “It’s going really well, honestly, I’m lucky! I was really able to do everything I wanted,” she confided. For her, this active and uncomplicated period is a privilege which makes this transition even smoother.

“You can arrive whenever you want”

The impatience to meet her little baby seems to be growing… As the birth approaches, Denitsa Ikonomova is in the last minute preparations, ensuring that everything is ready for the arrival of her baby. She recently shared, on October 29, 2024 in her Instagram story, the latest purchases for the newborn, including a brand new car seat. “It’s okay, baby, you can come whenever you want now. It was the last thing I was missing. And not the least!”she laughed. She also bought a bassinet, in which a soft toy “rabbit” acts as “temporary baby” until the arrival of the new family member. A desired baby who is obviously awaited with great impatience by the beautiful dancer!

Goodbye Dancing with the Stars?

With the birth of her first baby, Denista Ikonomova’s life will take on a whole new meaning, putting her work on pause for at least the first few months. Concerning its future in Dancing with the starsDenitsa leaves the door open, although she remains cautious about an immediate return.
