From November 16, the Department from Hérault meets music lovers one Saturday per month to discover (or rediscover), in the amphitheater of the departmental domain of Pierresvives, the best albums in the history of pop music!
Albums that made history
“Thanks to this initiative, enjoy an exceptional musical experience, immersive and free in Montpellier”, warns the Department, very proud to offer this original and unique time dedicated “to the discovery of iconic and timeless albums pop music.
“High-resolution sound and audio files: each track will be rendered in exceptional sound quality, revealing all the details of the performance and production of the work”
So, since we need to water our furrows, the first session will be devoted to the album Beatles revolvertheir 7th opus released in stores in… 1966! An album recorded in the legendary Abbey Road studio in London in just 3 months and considered a major album for this equally legendary group. “Revolver is a turning point in their career and demonstrates the innovation of the English group both in terms of recording and artistic creativity,” recalls the Club du Disque.

The latter meets lovers of good zique in the cozy setting of the amphitheater for listen to the full album et without interruption of the disc, “with sound and audio files in high resolution : each track will be reproduced in exceptional sound quality, revealing all the details of the interpretation and production of the work,” specifies the Club du Disque.
Like in a music room
The public will also benefit from the projection of words songs and their translation: “We hope to offer the ideal conditions of a music lounge in order to fully immerse yourself in the albums broadcast.” Finally, a reminder of the context of creation and the conditions of recording will be offered by a discotheque.
