A few months before the Olympic Games and the arrival of international tourists, these Parisian houses should delight customers. The Saint James Paris renews its offer

As the Paris 2024 Olympic Games approach, hotels not far from the sporting event sites will certainly be on the rise. Located in the Porte Dauphine district in the 16th arrondissement of the capital, the Saint James Paris establishment benefits from a strategic location. Not to mention its five stars, its Relais & Châteaux stamp and its recent distinction of three Michelin Keys which ensure the hotel a reputation highly appreciated by foreign customers.

This 19th century castle hotel opens onto an interior courtyard arranged around a fountain. Between neoclassical influences, Art Deco touches and Parisian style, the Saint James Paris is an ode to French refinement. And in addition to its 50 rooms and suites, the hotel has just presented two new pavilions, established in the old guardhouses near the porch at the entrance to the property. Their names, Elise and Félicie, pay homage to the Dosne sisters who built the building which now houses the Saint James Paris. These two accommodations can accommodate up to four people and have an individual entrance and a terrace, allowing the offer to be focused on the autonomy and privacy of these residences, which still benefit from all the amenities. hotel services.

Like the establishment, these private houses were designed by interior designer Laura Gonzalez. The decoration is elegant, romantic and bucolic, with green convertible sofas with vintage flowers, herringbone parquet floors and green plants. In the 70m2 Félicie pavilion, a living room, a double bedroom with shower room and a wellness area with sauna, whirlpool bath and possibility of installing two massage tables. In the 80m2 Elise pavilion, on three levels, a living room, a bedroom and a spa.

An expansion of the Saint James Paris which arrives a few months after the launch of the Villa Saint James. This 340m2 residence, which can accommodate 12 people, can be rented in its entirety or divided into four apartments.
