Manses. Sunny concert La Clef des Champs

The association “Les Amis de Manses” offered for the second year a concert with the excellent choir “La Clef des Champs”. As always, the young musicians had great success: “The church was full and the concert was fantastic, marked by the enthusiasm of the instrumentalists, the Friends of Manses, and the large audience.”

The choir, created five years ago, travels throughout France and is made up of very talented and passionate young musicians: “This is reflected in the quality of their interpretation. The soprano soloist is truly impressive. The loyal and attentive audience also appreciated the chosen, varied and rich repertoire of Berlioz, Rossini, Mozart, Dvorak and many other composers. An exceptional moment of sharing.

La Clef des Champs is made up of musicians who have mostly attended the ranks of the Toulouse Student Symphony Orchestra, and young professional soloists. All driven by a spirit of discovery and camaraderie, they give concerts for the benefit of the preservation of architectural heritage but also dedicate themselves to social causes such as concerts for the benefit of the Restos du Cœur.

“We always have a great pleasure in welcoming them to the church of Manses. With the quality of their performance, we always have the pleasure of small poetic details like the choice of their concert outfit with touches of yellow reminiscent of the sun and the flowers of the fields.”

Please note in the diaries, the association “Les Amis de Manses” will participate in Small Heritage Day, on June 23, by offering an exhibition in the Saint-Jean-Baptiste church. Other events are planned, such as a patchwork exhibition in July, the arrival of musician Nicolas Raimondo and again a concert from the Castel Artès Festival on August 18.
