The name already makes your mouth water! The festival Feast returns soon to Toulouse, from October 24 to 27, 2024, for a second edition, and “with the same desire to share friendly and festive moments around music, wine and gastronomy”.
Un festival gourmet!
The festival is supported by a nice trio: the dj & cultural project leader Baccus Social Clubthe chef Bastien Yum and the natural wine cellar Poison in Bonnefoy.
“Festin is four days of celebrations, in different places in Toulouse, with the desire to offer an urban, family, generous, curious and committed festival,” announce the organizers.
Heading for the Atlantic
For the opening night of the festival, Thursday, the Atlantic coast will be in the spotlight at Poison.
On the program: tasting of Basque wines (including the famous Irouleguy) in the presence of winegrowers from the Basque Country. There will also be chef Agathe Baulu from the new restaurant Café Belardi in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, as well as the Basque web radio He’s Radio who will take care of the music.
A natural wine fair at the Métronum
Friday, October 25, it’s happening at the Rock of the Virgin! On the program, wine tasting and dirty dishes… Yum!
On Saturday, the Métronum will be transformed into a natural wine lounge of the southwest, from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. The show will take place in the different spaces of the Metronum (exterior & interior), with more than 15 winegrowers from the South-West who will taste their wines throughout the afternoon. Several DJ sets are also planned!
A Sunday Feast
To close these joyful feasts, Festin will take over the (nice) bar The Linden treesfor a “Sunday feast” prepared by Bastien Yum and his friends. A unique menu at €35. We’re salivating in advance!
