Kalash, Soolking, Theodort, Ronisia… Printemps de Bourges unveils its 100% rap programming for Friday and Saturday evenings

The Berruyer festival announced this Friday the artists who will grace the W stage on Friday April 18 and Saturday April 19. On the program are two rap evenings, tickets for which are already on sale.

Friday’s headliner is none other than the Martinican rapper Kalashan artist who has already been established in the urban landscape for a long time since he released his first album in 2010. Since then, he has had a string of successes with titles like Year Moon, You know it or even Laptop. He will be accompanied by a famous rapper, with an offbeat but assertive style, Municipality who has not released an album since 2022, but whose presence at Printemps de Bourges could well be a clue.

We will also find the young singer-songwriter of Congolese origin Jungle who, at only 17 years old, made a lot of people dance with his title Little genius to which Imen Es, Alonzo, Abou Debeing & Lossa have joined.

As announced during the first artist revelations, Wallpaper will join this Friday evening. But also Jok’Airwhich Printemps has already welcomed during a creation around rap imagined by Oxmo Puccino at the Maison de la Culture. This time, it is alone, and on the biggest stage of the festival, that he will be able to discover his world.

Finally, the first 100% rap evening will welcome a Marseille rapper but not the one who will perform in 2025 at the Stade de France. It is about Zamdane. Arriving from his native Morocco at the age of 17, it is his story of “child of the souk” that he tells in his texts. This will be a first for him at Printemps de Bourges, but his history with the festival began in 2019 with his participation in iNOUïS, the springboard for young talents.

On Saturday evening, the star, who will undoubtedly unleash the crowd on his own, has already been announced. Another big blow for the Printemps de Bourges, Soolkingwhich mixes rap, raï, R’n’B and Latin music. He revealed himself to the public with Guerrilla, then conquered his audience with titles like Gently.

Fave will also be there on Saturday evening, festival-goers had already been able to see him on a much more modest stage at the Maison de la Culture in 2023. Then another sensation of the moment concludes this program: Carbonne with his summer hit which you could hardly have missed, Imagine, the most listened to French title this summer on the streaming platforms Spotify and Deezer ahead of Gims.
