“Here it all begins” Summary of the episode of October 14, 2024

Tom plays detective

At the boarding school, Jude and Mattéo discover that Tom has filmed them without their knowledge in the common room. The reason? He wanted to check what Milan was up to during the night, because he gets up during his sleep. He also installed cameras in the locker rooms, in the commissary, etc. For Jude and Mattéo, the situation goes too far.

In the middle of serving Double A, Tom comes into the kitchen to talk to Jude. He informs him that in the video he filmed during the night, Milan is moving around with a sports bag in the common room of the boarding school. He fears that Milan is armed and that he is planning something bad, but Jude doesn’t believe him for a second. He nevertheless promises to verify this worrying hypothesis at the end of his lunch shift.

Later, at the boarding school, Tom and Jude go through Milan’s belongings, but find nothing. Mattéo joins them in the bedroom. Finally, the two men decide to leave Tom in the lurch. A few hours later, Tom searches Milan’s locker. Suddenly, Sabri arrives and asks him for baking advice. Tom replies that he doesn’t have time for him and Sabri leaves him alone in the locker room. By opening the locker, Tom discovers a mysterious white bag and deduces: “Cock obviously! ». Milan arrives, but luckily he didn’t see anything.

Coline must prove herself

During chef Armand’s class, Gaspard congratulates Coline on her dish, but advises her to add a few touches of color. She listens to him and places several coarse dots of beet coloring around her plate. Just after, Clotilde arrives and criticizes the visual of Coline’s dish: “In terms of colors, it doesn’t make you want it. When did you think it was a good idea to add red to your plate? We won’t let you continue your year if we don’t see improvement.”

The chef tastes the dish and finds it good, but for her, it is far from enough: “Get it into your head that the visual aspect of a recipe is as important as the taste.” Next to it, Gaspard savors his victory. He takes great pleasure in making fun of the situation and says to Coline: “You really are a winner! ». Will the young woman finally rebel?

During the break, Clotilde, Hortense and Alice discuss Coline. Hortense has something clicked, she knows how to help the young woman gain more self-confidence. What is she preparing? In class, Hortense informs the students that they are going to prepare “tiny food”: cooking the dish of their choice in a miniature version. Coline is worried, she is not used to cooking refined dishes.

All the students are busy in the kitchen. Coline is so concentrated that her hands cramp, while Thelma burns her shallots. Clotilde arrives and realizes the crazy idea of her colleague, Hortense. Will this ordeal bear fruit on Coline?

Hippolyte sees his career take off

Laetitia asks Stanislas if she has news from Hippolyte, and the latter responds dryly that his father is angry with him because of her. “The only reason you agreed to cover him was because you wanted to compete in the championship.” It was just for you! You don’t even have the sincerity to recognize it.” Then he adds:
“We can’t always fix things. I prefer that we keep our distance.”

Jim and Jasmine only have their eyes on the trophy won by Billie. The young woman tells them that she would have enjoyed her victory more if Laetitia had not canceled her participation at the last moment. She is sure that she had her chances at the championship. Once alone with her boyfriend, Jasmine tells Jim that she is relieved that the situation is finally back to normal with Thibault. Jim confides to her that it’s thanks to her: “You manage to change things in me, I don’t know how.” For fun, Jasmine responds: “I am a witch and I cast a spell on you.”

Stanislas meets his father in the park. He asks her for forgiveness for hitting him, but Hippolyte doesn’t hold it against him. In addition, Stanislas adds that he knows about his Alzheimer’s disease. Hippolyte explains to him that he is taking medication and that there is nothing to worry about. Then he adds:
“I’ll see about it with your mother.” Stanislas understands that the situation is urgent, but his father does not seem to be aware of it. He asks her to promise to take care of him and Hippolyte accepts.

At the roommate, Laetitia is brooding. She confides to Zoé that Stanislas broke up with her and that she is losing everything: “Mixing feeling and career is a guaranteed fiasco. Love never brings anything. Zoé, stop guys, it’s always a failure.” Will she get back on track?

For his part, Antoine thanks Franck for organizing the championship. He explains to her that Hippolyte is going to work alongside him in a Parisian palace. Antoine is surprised, especially since the butler’s state of health is worrying. A few minutes later, Antoine announces the news to Stanislas:
“Franck hired him in one of his establishments.” Stanislas is in shock:
“I’m definitely not going to let him drive into the wall.”

Hippolyte discovers that Stanislas warned Franck of his illness. He is extremely angry with his son. Stanislas explains to him that he is doing this for his own good. Tension rises between father and son and all the students present in the Institute grounds hear the conversation. Stanislas begins to scream:
“You have Alzheimer’s disease, Dad!” “.
Hippolyte realizes that everyone now knows about his illness, and says to his son: “I won’t forgive you for that.”
