Symphonic Hip Hopdo you know? Since 2016, this musical event has covered the great pieces of French raparranged and performed in direct in the company of theRadio France Philharmonic Orchestra. This fall, the new edition of Symphonic Hip Hop is not to be missed Thursday November 14, 2024 at theAuditorium of the House of Radio.
But for this 9th edition, the event changes format. Usually the festival opens its doors to a slew of artists. So, last year, Ronisia, Tayc, Tuerie and Werenoi were invited for the occasion.
In 2024, the Symphonic Hip Hop decided to welcome a single artist. But what an artist! This fall, the famous rapper Josman intends to illuminate this new edition of the Symphonic Hip Hopon the occasion of this concert once again placed under the artistic direction ofIssam Karimi. Its name may not mean much to you. Yet Issam Karimi is a pianist, composer and music producer who has worked alongside great artists in the field, including Ninho, Soprano, IAM, MC Solaar, Bigflo & Oli, SCH, Gazo, Oxmo Puccino and Gaël Faye.
After having notably knocked down the room of the Accor Arena in Paris last February, Josman will therefore take place at the Radio France Auditorium on November 14 for a symphony concert not to be missed.
We recall that it was in September 2018 that Josman publishes his first opus entitled “J.O.$“. Certified gold with more than 50,000 copies sold in France, the album allowed the rapper to quickly make a name for himself in the industry. Then, in April 2019 Josman released his second opus.Split“, notably marked by the singles “ Dummy », « Feu.Bi » et « Little Bubble “. In March 2022, the artist from Vierzon in Cher returns with a third cake, entitled “M.A.N“. The disc consists of 17 previously unreleased tracks, including one featuring with the famous rapper Laylow.
We recall that, since its launch, the Symphonic Hip Hop welcomed a slew of talented artists, such as Ninho, MC Solaar, SCH, IAM, Gazo, Rim’K, Oxmo Puccino, Soolking, Bigflo et Oli, Lous and the Yakuza, Fianso, Chilla and Kalash.
This fall, the Symphonic Hip Hop therefore brings together Josman with 43 musicians from the Radio France Philharmonic Orchestra as well as the 10 musicians from the live band The Ice Kream, still under the artistic direction of Issam Krimi and the orchestral direction of Dylan Corlay.
A truly unique creation, offering a meeting as rich as it is unexpected of two universes, this new and 9th edition of Symphonic Hip Hop promises us a memorable musical moment, all in the beautiful setting of the Radio France Auditorium. Furthermore, this year again, the concert is completely changed.

The opening date for reservations will be communicated very soon. For those who are absent, the concert will be broadcast during a special evening announced on MOUV’ in December.
