In resonance with the theme “Ecology, So what?” The Aveyron Ségala Viaur cultural center is offering a dinner show “Le Banquet truculent”, Saturday October 19, from 6:15 p.m., in the village hall. On the menu: spicy surprises, sweet and savory testimonies, geopolitics that awaken the taste buds. Chef Ernest will learn the basics of tableware. The first step, make a rice salad and a fruit salad. Then it will be the chef’s surprise… Everyone will represent the inhabitants of the planet: how many people in Asia, Africa, Europe…? Next will come the distribution of money, then food. Can everyone on the planet eat a balanced meal? At this banquet, Ernest is a master of ceremonies who invites the arrival of historical and contemporary figures. Their testimonies provide a relevant look at the construction of the civilizations of our world. Of course, the show ends with a banquet.
