His last public appearance with Jean dates back to last June, where the two lovebirds appeared together at the 10th edition of the “Longines Paris Eiffel Jumping” at the Plaine de Jeux de Bagatelle. After revealing his homosexuality on Twitter in 2018 during international coming out day, Jean-Baptiste Marteau married Bruno during the summer of 2019. It was then together that they welcomed their daughter, Colette, the same year. Although he rarely speaks about his sexuality, the author of the book “UMP, A Merciless Universe” denounced the homophobic attacks he suffered during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
