The Portuguese waits, pretends to run towards the opposite side, before retracing his steps, leaving the two defenders behind him. He simulates a cross, then gets back into the game. Meanwhile, Sadio Mané bypasses the defenders and positions himself near the touchline. CR7 sends him a blind pass.
Mané lets the ball pass between his legs before following up with an outside hook to get on his good foot. He accelerates towards goal, but is tackled on the edge of the area. This spectacular sequence delighted the supporters, raising the applause meter for the two stars.
