Disney+ reveals the official trailer for the documentary « Elton John: Never Too Late ” of R.J. Cutler et David Furnishwhich will be released on December 13 on the platform. Punctuated by images of the major concerts he has given over the years, we see the artist look back on his extraordinary rise, the personal challenges he faced during a career that spanned more than half a century, and the way his family made him evolve.
In this intimate and emotional film, shot as he prepared to give his final concert in North America, at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, Elton tells us about the ups and downs of his first years in the business, and explains how he overcame adversity, verbal and physical attacks and his addictions before becoming the icon he is today. The film’s soundtrack also features a previously unreleased song.
Before its broadcast on Disney+, “ Elton John: Never Too Late » will be released on November 15th in a few theaters in the United States and the United Kingdom.
