Thirty-two feature films and 27 short films are showing at the Jean-Carmet festival which will celebrate its 30th anniversary, from Wednesday October 9 to Tuesday October 15, at the CGR cinema in Moulins.
Thirty years are worth celebrating! And the Jean-Carmet festival organized by Ciné Bocage, created in 1995 by Jean-Jacques and Nicole Richard, intends to celebrate this anniversary with family, in the halls of the CGR Moulinois, from Wednesday October 9 to Tuesday October 15.
During this thirtieth edition, the organizers will take a look in the rearview mirror with an exhibition of posters from previous editions among merchants.
Jean-Carmet welcomed the debuts of Mélanie Laurent, François Civil and Bastien Bouillon. “Those who came to the festival around ten years ago remember it and we stay in touch. It’s almost a family,” underline Catherine Cuvelier, coordinator of the association co-chaired by Agnès Cluzy and Jean-Guy Cognet, and Lucie Moreau, responsible for programming and cultural mediation since April.
