A model, identified under the pseudonym Jane Doe, filed a complaint against P.Diddy this Friday, September 27, 2024. She claims to have been drugged and assaulted on several occasions between 2020 and 2022. According to her statements, the rapper/producer allegedly pressured her, with the help of her ex-partner, Yung Miami, to abort after becoming pregnant. These events would ultimately lead to a miscarriage.
Serious and repeated accusations
The plaintiff claims that P.Diddy regularly met with her in several cities such as Los Angeles, New York and Miami, and that those around her used language “oppressive” to force her to attend these appointments. She also claims to have been subjected to physical violence and forced to use drugs such as ketamine.
In addition to these allegations, Jane Doe claims to have been harassed by Yung Miami, P.Diddy’s ex-partner, who allegedly insisted that she terminate her pregnancy. According to the documents filed, the rapper’s relatives intensified pressure to obtain an abortion before the plaintiff suffered a miscarriage.
P.Diddy already in legal turmoil
This new complaint is added to a
series of accusations increasingly serious against P.Diddy. The rapper, who has been in custody since his arrest in Manhattan, is awaiting trial on charges related to a sex trafficking ring.
Prosecutors allege Diddy orchestrated sex parties called “Freak Offs” where victims were drugged and forced to participate in prolonged sexual acts.
According to the investigation, these evenings sometimes lasted several days, and some participants were so exhausted that they needed intravenous drips afterward. Testimonies and evidence, including videos and messages, are believed to support these accusations.
In addition to this, the case also refers to an alleged assault on his former girlfriend, singer Cassie, a video clip of which was broadcast earlier this year by CNN. Diddy has denied any coercion and his lawyers argue that the relationships were consensual.
